This clinic is a mixed-billing clinic for patients with a valid Medicare card, however there are some services that may require pre-payment.
Prior to any procedure, the patient will be informed of any potential treatment costs during the initial consult.
Pre-employment Medicals, Driving Licence Medicals and Insurance paperwork are not covered by Medicare and will incur costs.
For surgery and dressings, there might be a cost involved for consumables used during some types of procedures.

We offer home visits to our patients under exceptional circumstances. Please speak to your doctor if you would like further information.
Please make an appointment to see your doctor to obtain any test results. If any urgent or abnormal results are received, your doctor will arrange for you to be contacted to make an appointment. We are also able to give test results over a tele-health appointment.
Due to privacy and confidentiality concerns, reception staff will not be able to disclose results.
Our clinic will send recall/reminder texts to patients to follow up and discuss test results.
Some test results may not be appropriate to discuss by tele-health, and thus require an in-person consultation.
As it is difficult to interrupt a doctor when in consultation with a patient, you will most likely be asked to leave a message. This message will be sent to the doctor using our internal electronic message system. Emergency calls will be taken where possible.
Information collected by this clinic is accessible only to medical practitioners. We have patient transfer forms on site for you to complete &. sign if you wish to have your files sent to a doctor at this clinic. Patients can arrange for a copy of their medical records to be sent from this clinic by completing a transfer of medical records form at their clinic of choice.

We encourage any comments or feedback from patients to help us improve services within this clinic. Our team kindly asks that you provide sufficient notice if you are unable to make your appointment so that we can offer the time to another patient. They require at least 12 hours notice if you cannot keep your appointment.
A cancellation fee may apply for missed appointments without adequate notice or valid reasons. The fee is not rebatable through Medicare.
If there are any circumstances beyond your control which prevent you from cancelling your appointment with sufficient notice you should let us know as soon as possible. Please call to cancel on 03 5923 3333
Telehealth appointments are only available if you have seen the Doctor in person in the last 6 months.
